AAPPN Master Class, “ADHD: Assessment, diagnosis, medication, and psychotherapy options for ARNPs.”

At this in-person, half-day workshop, Dr. Ventura will be discussing the key components and develop clinical skills to more confidently diagnose and treat Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder across the lifespan, using evidence-based and neurodiversity-affirming approaches.

You’ll gain insights into interpreting psychological testing reports and identifying evidence-based assessment tools and strategies for recognizing ADHD in complex clinical populations.

In addition, we’ll take an in-depth look at pharmacologic therapy, including use of stimulant and non-stimulant medications, and a combination of different treatment modalities, including non-pharmacologic treatments.

Through case studies, as well as didactic and interactive learning, you’ll leave with practical tips to enhance your clinical practice and improve patient outcomes.
